New arrivals

Last week I received several new packages in my mailbox... I'm always so curious when I receive new things, so let's take a look inside:

A lovely package from Ted Baker...

...with this cute 'carousel' printed dress inside!! I'm in love with it already...

This black and cream bag by River Island is absolutely adorable, don't you think?

I was looking for a skirt like this for ages now and I finally found some at River Island. It's exactly what I wanted: a lovely cream color, short and a little bit bombastic. Love it!

When I saw this dress, I immediately had to buy it! I love the heart print, the bow tie and the shape of this dress. It's perfect for the holidays!

Ma Muse de Mode: Michelle Williams

As I said yesterday, I am very much inspired by the wonderful Michelle Williams lately. Not only because she is a very good actress, but also a wonderful mother and person in general. And that's why I want to dedicate this post to her, because she is an inspiration with her work, her personality and her style!

She was first introduced to the public with her role as Jen Lindley in the teen drama Dawson's Creek. From the 2000s Williams appeared primarily in dramatic, independent films. Her career highlight was the 2005's controversial movie Brokeback Mountain, about a male homosexual relationship in the 1960s, which earned her a Best Supporting Actress nomination from the Academy Awards. Lately we can see her as Marilyn Monroe in the upcoming movie A week with Marilyn (2011).

Michelle Williams by Alexei Hay

Last week I was looking in this lovely magazine and by chance I found this wonderful interview with Michelle Williams. She looked amazing on the photographs and even in the interview she sounded sweet and passionate about her job, her loved ones and that special person she lost - the lovely actor Heath Ledger, her ex-husband and the father of her daughter who died an overdose... I was almost in tears when I had read the interview; it looked like it came straight from her heart. I always loved her style, but now I'm totally in love with her! This girl is amazing... I really recommend you all tho read this interview and be touched by her honesty just like I was!
