Outfit: Prairie Chic

My outfit from today. 

Inspired by ethnic and prairie prints.

The perfect colors for the winter: dark and warm. 

These are definitely my favorites in the color palette of my wardrobe!

Yesterday I also had my nails done with gelish nail polish. I chose the color 'Black Shadow', which is a very dark red/purple. In the beginning I was afraid that it was to dark (it seemed black at first), but now I really love it. It's perfect for these cold winter days.

Press Days - part two

But what's even more important about this Press Day is that I actually helped out my colleague Aurélie, who organized everything for this day. She really deserves a big "THANK YOU" for the time and effort she did for this event. Everybody was enthusiastic about the location, the collection, the bubbles and bites. It was a great success! 

We also had the chance to meet Lara from Antwerpen Streetstyle, a very sweet and young blogger who  took this picture of us. We are both wearing pieces from the Spring / Summer collection 2013.

Press days

A few weeks ago I had the pleasure to visit the Press Days from Scotch&Soda in Antwerp. During that day journalists, stylists and bloggers can take a look at the new collection for next season, in this case spring/summer 2013. As I am a huge fan of this brand I was very curious about the this collection.

I can assure you that it's gonna be a wonderful summer with Scotch & Soda! The collection is all about neon colors, ethnic prints and lovely details. Although I know the winter hasn't started yet, I can't wait to meet the summer... I'll just have to persevere and have a little patience!

Lana Del Rey for Vogue Italia

After 2 weeks of being sealed from the outside world, I'm finally back online! Cheers to that. Since we moved into our appartement, we've been busy decorating and trying to make it more and more ours. Now I can say that it's (almost) finished! I love our new place, it's just perfect.

But I also promised to keep my blog more updated, so here I am to come to my promise.

A first post after the little pause to get back in the mood.

 When I saw this editorial, I was surprised. Because honestly, I didn't recognized Lana Del Rey in it. I never really loved Lana, as she is too "plastic" for me. But in this editorial she is for the first time a little bit natural. It makes her much more beautiful then with her usual fake nails, barbie hair and Botox face!
